• Question: Where you work is there a good representation of female engineers?

      Yes, SSTL is really well represented. As a whole there’s a 60:40 split between men and women, and in the Operations Team it’s 50:50!

      Not really. 2/15 PhD students are female. 3/10 post-doc researchers are female. 0/8 professors are female. This is only within my institution.

      I wonder what those numbers are like for other departments within the whole University of Nottingham.
